Get B’Teva
Teva (‘nature’ in Hebrew) facilitates experiential nature-based Jewish learning across Scotland, through hands-on and exploratory Jewish learning programmes. Highlights include our twice-yearly nature immersion Shabbatons, as well as regular programming in Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond, often tied to upcoming Jewish festivals. Past events have included a visit to a local honey farm to celebrate Rosh HaShana, a willow coppicing workshop for Tu B’Shvat, foraging walks, wildcrafting workshops, outdoor Shabbat dinners, and much more. Many of our programmes have a focus on inclusive text-based Jewish learning. Everyone is welcome to join us and share. We work closely with our partners at the Jewish Council of Scotland, and are also available to facilitate Jewish learning opportunities with other groups and organisations.
