What does the change from Corbyn to Starmer mean for Labour’s stances on Israel and anti-Semitism?

17th August 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free

A ZOOM talk by Luke Akehurst on the intersection between Labour, antisemitism and Israel. As the Director of We Believe in Israel and someone who has served at the highest level of the Labour Party as an elected member of its National Executive Committee and played a leading role in the internal battles against Corbyn, his talk lifts the lid on exactly where Keir Starmer and the new leadership are headed on both Israel and antisemitism, what motivates them and what the balance of power is in the party between the new leadership and Jeremy Corbyn’s supporters.
