NIA Night – 7.30pm

FEBRUARY FEELGOOD NIA NIGHT

Join us for a Feelgood NIA night! It’s cold and dark, but NIA is a chance to meet up, have fun and dance to some amazing and diverse music. NIA combines 52 moves from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Step in, leave stress behind and balance your energy with the high energy moves of Tae Kwon Do and slower moves from Tai Chi combined with dance. You’ll leave feeling calm, relaxed and uplifted.
