JEWISH CARE SCOTLAND – TUESDAY TRAILS

A weekly walking group as part of Jewish Care Scotland’s Wellbeing project. Regular physical activity in later life is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you’ll also meet new people.

Jewish Care Scotland staff and volunteers have completed Walk Leader Training with Walking Scotland to lead informal weekly walks for all abilities. A great way to get moving and socialise with old friends and new ones.
