Edinburgh Yom Hashoah Event – 6.45pm

A commemoration of Yom HaShoah is to take place in the Peace Park at Princes Street Gardens, close to the Holocaust Memorial Stone, at 6.45 pm.
The Lord and Lady Provost will attend, and there will be participation from members of Sukkat Shalom, the Association of Jewish Refugees and Edinburgh Hebrew Congregation.
“I would urge all those to attend who care about the memory of the six million Jews who perished during the Nazi Holocaust. We need to be today so vigilant against the rising tide of revisionist history and denied antisemitism.”
