Community Yom Ha’atzmaut event – 6.45pm – 9.45pm

Tickets: £7 per adult, £5 per child, Family Ticket £25 (2 adults and 3 children – ONLY) – (includes Israeli snacks)

The Glasgow Yom Ha’atzmaut Committee is putting together a spectacular Birthday party to celebrate Israel’s 70th birthday. There will be something for everyone, withthe Calderwood Lodge Primary School Choir opening the evening.
Activities include:
- “Ossim Sameach. Celebrating the 70th yom Ha’atzmaut with songs and sketches performed by fresh Israeli talents” – an exclusive show for Glasgow
- Kidszone from 6.45pm – 8.15pm, including colouring pages, flag decorating, Israeli flag tattoos
- Shouk with local craft sellers, businesses and charities
- Israeli folk dancing (Rikkuddim) sessions
- Raffle
- A pictorial retrospective of Israel through the decades
- Israeli film (after 8.30pm)
- Israeli snacks available throughout the event (included in the cost of entry)
