Sukkat Shalom, the Edinburgh Liberal Jewish Community, welcomes members and friends to join our services.  We hold both in-person and on-line services, for erev Shabbat, Shabbat morning and for all the major festivals.  Our in-person services are held in several venues around the city of Edinburgh, while our on-line services can be a Zoom feed from an in-person service or a service where all participants are on Zoom.  Details of all our services can be found on our web site.  If you plan to join us at a service please contact us by leaving a message on our community phone or emailing from the contact page on our web page so we may welcome you.  We were established as an independent congregation in 2004 when we affiliated to the national movement Liberal Judaism (  Now a congregation of over 120 members, we have our own part-time Rabbi, Mark Solomon, who visits us every month and is available for appointments with individual members when he is in town.  We have a cheder for children from age four and up and a variety of other educational and social activities.
