Sukkat Shalom, the Edinburgh Liberal Jewish Community, welcomes members and friends to join our services.  We hold a Shabbat morning service once a month and Erev Shabbat services on other Shabbats, as well as services for all the major holydays. We meet in various venues around the city of Edinburgh. Details can be found on the diary page of our web site.  If you plan to come to a service please contact us by leaving a message on our community phone or emailing from the contact page on our web page so we may welcome you.

We were established as an independent congregation in 2006 when we affiliated to the national movement Liberal Judaism. Now a congregation of over 100 members we have our own part-time Rabbi, Mark Solomon, who visits us every month and is available for appointments with individual members when he is in town.  We have a cheder for children from age four and up and a variety of other educational and social activities.
