Community Emergency Fund

The JLC in partnership with Work Avenue, has established a fund to support those across the community whose earnings have been directly affected by COVID-19. The fund specifically assists those who are ineligible for Government support or who face delays accessing Government funds. This fund is designed to help you with essential expenses up until the end of June.

JAMI (Specialist provider of mental health services in the Jewish Community) – 020 8458 2223 

Jewish Helpline – 0800 652 9249. If you’re feeling alone, anxious, depressed, suicidal – or simply in need someone to talk to. Male, female, religious or not, Jewish Helpline are there for the whole community.

Shopping Support

Pulling Together, a local group of volunteers picking up and delivering groceries from Mark’s Deli, plus prescription pick-ups. If people need anything from Mark’s Deli or Beveridge’s (for fish, fruit and vegetables), please phone these shops directly. For prescriptions only, please call Ethne direct on 07703 566484.
