One Big Picnic

This is a free event open to the general public for the people by the people. The aim of the event is to bring people together by creating a space for sharing food and a wee blether, sitting next to each other, showing understanding to differences regardless of background, cultural, religious, sexual orientation, social or educational status, homelessness or wealth. Highlighting Glasgow is indeed a city of caring people – people make Glasgow!

The One Big Picnic One Big Community has not been funded through any programme and has been organised by a group of local people with support through local community-led projects to highlight people indeed do make Glasgow a great place…

NB:  Some food will be provided (NOT Kosher).
